Tai Chi Positive Past Time for your Parents

age cheeseOk, so keep your parents out of trouble you need to send them to a class! I remember staying with my parents down in Devon for a break. They went out dancing for the evening and I stayed home.   We had all learnt Latin American and Ballroom dancing years ago, we even danced in the ballroom of the Blackpool tower several times in competitions.

Effect of tai chi exercise on proprioception of ankle and knee joints in old people

Objectives: To assess if tai chi, a traditional Chinese form of exercise, could improve proprioception in old people and if the effects of tai chi on proprioception are more evident than other exercise forms in the elderly.
