Stop Stressing & Take Back Control of Your Life & Well Being

Stress has a massive impact on your health, both mental and physical, and well being.  From stopping you sleeping (see last week’s post) to giving you headaches, making your irritable, depression, anxiety and lowering your immune response, to name but a few!  Here are a few ideas to stop you stressing and allow you to take back control.

 

Stress is a normal biological function.  It is based on the Fight or Flight response.
