I have been training at the Hine Tai chi schools for 3 years now, I have found that the classes really help with the stresses and strains of daily life.

The classes have a great atmosphere, friendly + fun.

Sifu and his instructors teaching is superb , Tai chi is an amazing art with a continual learning process.

If someone said to me a few years ago I would be training in Tai chi learning the form / weapons + combat I wouldn't have believed them. I consider myself lucky to be a student at this school because in my opinion you won't find a better school than this one.

I have been practising tai chi for over 12 years and the benefits are numerous. Tai chi is a moving meditation which helps to relax the mind and energise the body. It also helps to improve circulation, flexibility, core muscle strength as well as providing mental stimulation.  The instructors are highly experienced and knowledgeable and are keen to develop students in improving their technique and getting the best out of their tai chi form.

Hope this is ok,

Nicky

Hine Tai chi classes has enabled me to develop a stronger connection to my body and a calmer mind. This has helped me become more effective in other parts of my life. In this year's appraisal my boss remarked how focused my approach to work was and how I could roll with the changes in times of turbulance.

Learning Tai Chi has been a fantastic physical and mental challenge.  The learning and ‘polishing’ will never end but that’s the joy and benefit of Tai Chi.  The class is very friendly and the teaching is always positive.  Tai Chi may seem very slow but the benefits into my favourite sport of skiing, particularly in relation to core strength and balance, have been amazing.

Well, I have derived much good from taichi. Don't suffer migraines anywhere near as often as I use to...joints are much more flexible and not stiff and sore like they were years ago...able to appreciate quieter moments and silence...peaceful.

More recently I've been able to dip into the subconscious and find things, many things I thought long forgotten. Taichi is truly becoming a vital part of everyday life, its health giving aspects are quite wonderful. It takes time and patience but it certainly lays forth a road to enlightenment and good health.

I find the pace at which we are advancing a challenge but an exciting one. One must persevere to realise it's rich rewards.

Thank you for teaching us...

I began attending a Hine Tai-Chi school (I knew I needed to make changes) where I trained for four years before training directly with Sifu Hine for over ten years. Not only has it changed my life, replacing bad habits with good, and improving my health, but more importantly it has shown me the potential within us all to reach another level, not just to feel good but to feel great, to be able to not just cope with life but really enjoy it. So thank you Sifu for all this!

I would like to say how much Tai Chi has helped me control me temper.

Training with Master Hine has helped me control temper and any pent up frustration. Now everyone who knew me says I am very calm and patient.
